Jewelry Care
To keep your jewelry healthy, we recommend to:
Avoid water, cleaning supplies, and beauty products.
Store your jewelry in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, and away from moisture and extreme heat.
Be gentle with your pieces by avoiding impact or friction.
Shipping
When will I get my order?
All pieces are handmade to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. We appreciate your patience as we are a team of one. If you need your item sooner please contact us and we will do our best to prioritize your order.
What if my package gets stolen or never arrives?
We hope this doesn't happen to you! Once your order leaves our studio it is in the hands of the courier and is out of our control. If the courier is unable to assist you, please email us at shopfromjessie@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
What if my address is incorrect?
We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. If you put the wrong address please email us the correct address at shopfromjessie@gmail.com on the same day your order was placed. Once your order has been shipped we are unable to make any changes.
What does pre-order mean?
When you preorder, you're reserving something special that’s made just for you! Keep in mind that shipping times can vary depending on the item, and we’ve got those details listed in each product description. Just a heads-up: the timeline we provide is based on production time, not the estimated delivery date at checkout.
Preordering allows you to grab your favorite pieces before they're back in stock or ready to ship. We do our best to predict our inventory, but sometimes life happens, and preorders help fill that gap so you don’t miss out.
If your order includes a preorder item, we’ll ship your entire order once everything is in stock and ready to go.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my jewelry?
All of our jewelry is one-of-a-kind, curated and made by hand from our studio in Los Angeles. Because each piece is made just for you, all sales are final and we do not allow returns at this time.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We hope this doesn't happen to you! But if something arrives damaged, please email us at shopfromjessie@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your items and we will work with you to make it right.
